HGV Class 1 Driver

HGV Class 1 Driver looking for ongoing work? based in the Hams Hall for a well established automotive client. Majority of work will be sequence work backwards and forwards to local automotive manufacturing plants. No handball involved. Local Shuttle runs & Shunting.
Information about the HGV Class 1 Driver role:
- Regular Monday to Friday day work
- 5x 8hour day shifts
- Curtain sided trailers
- Inter depot/plant deliveries locally
- 40 hour average working weeks
- Some overtime opportunities available
- Based near Junction 9 M42
- Regular work throughout 2021
HGV Class 1 Driver rates of pay & hours:
- Monday to Friday £11.87 per hour PAYE
- After 8 hours per shift rate will be £17.81 per hour
- Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00
Requirements for the HGV Class 1 Driver role:
- Valid CE Licence held for at least 6 months
- Valid CPC & Digi tacho card
- Flexibility to undertake additional runs at the customers request
- Flexibility to extend daily hours in the event of driver absence
- Commitment to an ongoing role
- To complete a practical driving assessment and SSOW induction
