HGV Class 1 driver required Crick and Coventry

As with every year, the requirement for Class 1 trunk drivers at this time year is about to increase substantially. This work will continue throughout the Christmas period, and into January. For those that wish to continue on after this period, there will be further work available for reliable drivers also.
You will be working with trunk runs only, with multiple runs available for those looking for longer hours. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of the mail, as well as overseeing the loading and unloading of the vehicle to ensure goods are in perfect condition and secured correctly to avoid damage.
LGV Cat C+E Driver (CLASS 1) - Night Shift - £16.22 per hour
Overtime available £18.64 per hour after 36.25 hours
20 Days plus eight statutory holidays (28 days in total)
· Work available 7 days a week, to suit individual requirements. Shifts starting between 11:00-19:00
· Weekly pay (every Friday)
Training opportunities available, through Pertemps Driver Academy including CPC.
Both LTD Company and PAYE drivers welcomed
You must hold:
Valid in date UK Class 1 Driving Licence
If Limited Company - Certificate of Incorporation/Business Bank Account / VAT Reg if applicable
The ideal candidate must:
Flexible approach to start times
Be willing to work weekends where necessary
Follow Health and Safety regulations
Excellent verbal and written English and numeracy.
Be able to pass a Criminal Record and background check.
Excellent time-keeping skills.
Ability to fill out necessary paperwork efficiently and correctly.
