Transport Administrators – Temp to Perm
Days and Nights 
We are currently recruiting for 2 Transport Administrators to join a busy transport operation based in Northampton. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering long-term work with an immediate start available.
Shift Pattern

• 8pm - 6am 4 on 4 off
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm Monday - Friday 

Pay Rate

• £12.88 per hour
• £13.88 Nights 

Duties Include

• Supporting the transport team with daily administration tasks
• Updating driver and delivery records
• Booking deliveries and liaising with drivers
• Handling transport paperwork and PODs
• Inputting data accurately onto internal systems
• Communicating with customers and warehouse staff
• Ensuring compliance and transport documentation is up to date

Candidate Requirements

• Previous administration experience preferred
• Transport or logistics experience would be advantageous
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
