Are you a skilled Multi-Trader looking for a long-term opportunity with guaranteed work? We are recruiting experienced, reliable and motivated operatives to join a growing national team delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works across the retail and hospitality sectors.

This is a self-employed position with guaranteed 5 shifts per week, offering consistent work, excellent earning potential, and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects nationwide.

About the RoleAs a Multi-Trade Operative, you will work across the UK carrying out planned maintenance, repairs and refurbishment projects for major national clients. The role is primarily on the road, with regular travel and occasional stays away from home during the working week.

The majority of work is completed during night shifts Monday to Friday, although some day shifts and occasional weekend work may be required.

Skills & Experience RequiredWe are looking for genuinely skilled Multi-Traders who can work independently and complete jobs to a high standard.

Essential experience includes:

• Carpentry
  
  
• Tiling
  
  
• Decorating
  
  
• General building maintenance
  
  
• Fault finding and repairs
  
  
• Ability to complete multiple trade disciplines confidently
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills
  
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage workloads effectively
  
  

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative
  
  
• Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 3 years)
  
  
• Own basic hand and power tools
  
  
• Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required
  
  
• UTR Number and Self-Employed status for CIS payments
  
  

Preferred QualificationsWhile not essential, the following would be advantageous:

• CSCS Card
  
  
• SMSTS
  
  
• SSSTS
  
  
• PASMA
