Part Time - Customer Service Advisor

Starting in November 2026 - Part time opportunity - 12 month maternity contract .

I am working with a prestigious customer who are based on the outskirts of Tamworth ( Transport / car needed) who boasts an impressive catalogue of bespoke products to businesses all over the UK. 

 

This is a part time role - 22.5 hours per week, either 3 full days ( Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday) or 4 short days Monday to Thursday - 

Please note this is an on-site position - NO HYBRID 

 

Working in a vibrant and bubbly team you will  respond to customer enquiries, enter and process customer orders, check stock availability, notify customers of delivery dates and order requirements to relevant teams - maintaining professionalism and accuracy at all times. 

 

In addition you will maintain the customer database with accurate contacts order records, follow service  procedures and work to agreed service level agreements.

 

We are looking for experienced customer service clerks with previous order processing work history.

You will to possess first class customer service communication both verbal and written , have strong attention to detail with the ability to organise and prioritise your workload.  

 

A customer centric role you need to be customer focused and willingness to learn products , systems and procedures.
