Working as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant you will report into the branch manager and be responsible for:
B2B sales, cold calling new clients
Hitting targets set by the branch manager
Successfully winning new business and developing existing accounts
Attracting new drivers
Building strong commercial relationships with candidates and clients
As an Permanent Recruitment Consultant you will form part of a focused team that are hungry for success and are committed to further increasing the local market share.
We are looking for a confident and resilient individual who thrives in a competitive environment which is challenging yet rewarding. You will have previous recruitment or sales experience and thrive off working as part of a successful team.
Office hours are 08.00 until 17.30 each day.
The package on offer for the successful Permanent Recruitment Consultant would be, 24 days paid holiday (increases by one day each year), competitive company commission scheme, corporate days out, monthly incentive plus other perks that will be discussed at interview. The salary for this position is dependent on experience.
