Pertemps Network Group is currently recruiting experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to work with a major kitchen retailer, delivering kitchen products to customers across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for regular weekend work, competitive hourly pay and holiday accrual on top of their hourly rate.

Pay and Benefits

• £18.00 per hour, all days
  
  
• PAYE employment only – no umbrella or limited company arrangements

• Regular weekend shift patterns
  
  

Available Shift Patterns

• Thursday to Sunday – 40 hours per week
  
  
• Friday to Sunday – 30 hours per week
  
  

The Role

• Delivering kitchen products to customers nationwide
  
  
• Working as part of a two-person delivery team when required
  
  
• Carrying out manual handling and lifting in line with safe working practices
  
  
• Potential nights out may be required
  
  
• Start times between 04:00 and 07:00, with flexibility required as start times may vary
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of one year's commercial HGV driving experience
  
  
• Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
  
  
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
  
  
• Valid Driver CPC
  
  
• No more than six penalty points
  
  
• No major endorsements, including drink-driving or drug-driving offences
  
  
• Comfortable with the physical demands of kitchen deliveries
  
  
• Willingness to work as part of a two-person delivery team
