The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for completing deliveries and collections safely, efficiently and professionally while maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Your duties will include:

• Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on scheduled routes
  
  
• Completing daily vehicle safety checks
  
  
• Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed on time
  
  
• Following all transport legislation and Drivers' Hours regulations
  
  
• Completing relevant paperwork and electronic records accurately
  
  
• Representing the business professionally at all times
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
  
  
• Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience
  
  
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
  
  
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
  
  
• Good understanding of UK transport legislation
  
  
• Reliable, professional and safety-focused attitude
  
  
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of your shift pattern
  
  
• A valid DBS certificate must be provided prior to starting work
  
  

Important Requirement

Due to the nature of the contract, all drivers must provide their own valid DBS certificate.
