We are looking for an enthusiastic and extremely organised Office Assistant to join our clients forward thinking and hardworking company based in Newton Abbot. The ideal applicant would be happy to get stuck in with a roll your sleeves up attitude.

General office support including, stationary, filing, answering and filtering calls. To provide excellent customer service as well as a high degree of accuracy in paper/computer processing. Update the company's systems (including the 'diary') achieving a high degree of accuracy and completeness. Assist in taking orders from customers including obtaining the necessary details so that the correct vehicle and equipment are despatched as required.

This is a busy role and the holder needs to be able to manage their time well, remaining focussed and able to cope with interruptions. They also need to exhibit the companies culture of completing jobs to a high standard as well as striving to minimise cost and maximise efficiency.

Overall to offer a high standard of customer service and strive to achieve positive outcomes.

Proficient experience in Word, Excel and Outlook will be a great benefit.

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours - flexible working hours to suit you! Free parking.
