Pertemps is proud to partner with Royal Mail to recruit professional HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for their busy Swindon Distribution Centre.

This is ongoing, year-round agency work — not seasonal — offering reliable shifts, strong hourly rates and a variety of start times to suit your schedule.

🚚 The Role

• Driving HGV Class 2 vehicles across the Royal Mail network
• Trunking parcels and mail between depots
• No multi-drop deliveries
• Minimal manual handling
• Clean, well-maintained vehicles
• Shifts planned and issued one week in advance

Straightforward depot-to-depot work so you can focus on driving professionally and safely.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence held for at least 2 years
• Minimum 6 months’ proven commercial driving experience
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/IN/CD/TT endorsements)
• Strong geographical knowledge & professional attitude
• Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours & WTD regulations
• Confident completing manual tachograph entries
• Ability to pass a DBS security check
• Successful completion of site assessment & induction
