Job Title: Stores Person (with Driving license)
Location: Southam, Warwickshire, CV47
Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00

• Friday: 08:30 – 16:00

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Stores Person to join a busy and growing team in Southam. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with occasional driving, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of responsibilities.



Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately

• Receiving, checking and storing goods

• Loading and unloading deliveries (FLT use if licensed)

• Delivering and collecting goods when required

• Completing dispatch paperwork and updating stock records

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the site

• Supporting stock control and flagging low stock levels

• Assisting with stock takes and general warehouse duties

• Carrying out light assembly work when required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a stores or warehouse role

• Full UK driving licence (essential)

• Valid FLT licence (desirable, not essential)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Organised and methodical approach

• Good communication skills and team player

• Ability to prioritise workload and use initiative

• Comfortable with some heavy lifting
