Monday September 16th - 9am to 6pm.
Monday September 23rd to Friday September 27th - 9am to 6pm.
Thursday October 31st - 8pm to 5am.
Sunday November 3rd to Thursday November 7th - 8pm to 5am.
Salary: Days £14.20p.h / Nights £17.57p.h
Pertemps are looking for a Shunter Driver to cover a short term booking for our client based in Banbury.
Duties will include:
" Reporting to the Shift Manager
" Being responsible for the safe movement of trailer units
" Manoeuvring both laden and unladen trailers around the site, onto storage or loading bays
" Using a Tug unit
" Coupling and uncoupling of trailers
" Adhering to strict Health & Safety guidelines and company proceedures
To be considered for this role you will need to live within a 30 minute commute of Banbury and have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
" Must hold a HGV 1 UK driving licence (Cat CE)
" Must have at least 180 days experience driving a Class 1 vehicle in the UK in the last 2 years
" Have a maximum of 6 points for minor offences, no DR or IN endorsements, for insurance purposes
" Hold a valid CPC DQC
" Hold a valid Tachograph Card
" Previous experience using a Tug unit would be an advantage
