FLT Driver (Reach & Counterbalance) Food Distribution
Bicester
£15.62 per hour
Weekly rotating shifts (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)
We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Drivers to join a busy and well established food distribution site based in Bicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work within a fast paced warehouse environment.
The Role:

• Operating both Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklifts
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Putaway and stock movement within racked locations
• Picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
• Working to high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency

Requirements:

• Valid Reach Truck licence and Counterbalance licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience, ideally within food or distribution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Own transport is essential due to shift times and location

Shift Pattern:

• Weekly rotating shifts:
  
  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Pay Rate:

• £15.62 per hour
