LGV Class 1 (Cat CE) Drivers - Days & Nights

Bicester | £17.31 - £18.43 per hour | Monday to Thursday | August Start

Pertemps are recruiting LGV Class 1 (Cat CE) Drivers on behalf of a well-established client relocating a major contract to the Bicester area.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a new operation from the very beginning, with Monday to Thursday work, competitive pay rates, and no handballing.

Pay Rates

• Days: £17.31 per hour
  
  
• Nights: £18.43 per hour
  
  
• Guaranteed 8 hours' pay per shift
  
  

Shift Patterns

• Day shifts: Start times between 6:00am and 6:00pm
  
  
• Night shifts: Start times between 6:00pm and 6:00am
  
  
• Monday to Thursday
  
  

The Role

• Delivering goods to distribution centres nationwide
  
  
• No handballing
  
  
• Modern fleet and well-planned routes
  
  
• Full-time and part-time positions available
  
  

The new operation is due to commence in August.

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

• A valid UK Category CE (Class 1) driving licence – No more than 6 penalty points for minor offences only.
  
  
• A valid Driver CPC qualification
  
  
• A valid Digital Tachograph (Driver) Card
  
  
• A minimum of 12 months' LGV Class 1 driving experience in the UK
  
  
• The ability to successfully complete a driving assessment
