Administration Clerk

Pertemps Didcot are currently looking for a Fleet Administration Clerk to work for our client based in Oxford.

Your daily duties will include

- Working with fleet vehicle files
- Liaising with suppliers by telephone and email
- Booking in servicing and maintenance
- Managing defect records
- Controlling maintenance planner
- Manging key documents
- Running fleet reports

To be considered for this Administrator role, you will need the following skills/experience

- Previous experience in a transport office environment
- Understand fleet and maintenance administration
- Good working within a team as well as on your own initiative

- Monday to Friday
- Hours (Flexible - Open to discussion for the successful candidate)
- Temporary to Permanent position for the right candidate
- Free Parking
