Class 2 HGV Driver
Full time - Permanent
Pertemps Didcot are currently recruiting a Class 2 HGV Driver for a family run company based in Oxford.
Start times: 07:00am - 16:30pm Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays 08:00am-12:00pm
Salary: £31,000-£33,000
The successful Class 2 HGV Driver will be responsible for:
Driving the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law, within tachograph regulations and driver hour limits
Following all company Health & Safety guidelines and work to the company Standard Operating Procedures
Assisting the team with loading your vehicle
Unloading the vehicle at point of delivery with the use of the lorry mounted crane, ensuring the products and returns are loaded safely and securely to minimize damage
The Class 2 HGV Driver will have:
A Drivers CPC Card
A Digital Tacho Card and full knowledge of correct use
Previous HGV Class 2 experience
Hiab/Lorry mounted crane (Preferable) Training will be provided if required
Temporary to permanent for the right candidate is possible following a successful driving assessment.
