HGV Class 1 Driver

Class 1 Stores Delivery Driver
Pay rate: £16.61 to £17.61
Start times: 12:00 to 21:00
Shift lengths: Roughly 10 hours
Pertemps are recruiting Class 1 HGV Trunk/Store Delivery Drivers for a prestigious company to work for in Oxford. Offering a wide range of shifts on a flexible on-going basis with day and night runs available.
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Carrying out Class 1 HGV trunking/store deliveries
- Assisting with loading the vehicle
- Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to stores and collections from suppliers
- Driving safely and with courtesy when out on the road
- Responsible for vehicle checks before leaving the depot and on return
To be considered for this Class 1 HGV Driver role, you will need the following:
- 6 months Class 1 HGV driving experience for insurance purposes
- Valid HGV Class 1 DVLA issued licence
- No more than 6 points / no DD or DR endorsements
