You will be expected to maintain stock levels for 17 outlets based in Wiltshire with the view to grow more outlets in the next 5 years. Travelling around the Wiltshire area, this role is all about giving back, ensuring that everything you do has a positive impact for the Charity. You will need to implement and develop the current warehouse infrastructure so that the warehouse can meet the business needs and the planned growth.
Working Full time hours Monday to Friday, including the occasional Saturday if needed. Liaising with Area and Shop Managers to gain a better understanding of their requirements for stock requirements and management. You will also oversee the maintenance of vehicles , site machinery and equipment, ensuring that Health and Safety standards are met.
Working with the general public and other providers, this role is best suited to a candidate who has excellent customer service skills, who can work as part of a wider team and ensure that all jobs and tasks are completed effectively and on time. You will have proven employment skills gained in E-Commerce, the recycling procedures, fund raising, Health and Safety, staff management, staff performance and staff review. A full Driving Licence is required.
