Pertemps is working in partnership with Royal Mail, the UK's designated Universal Postal Service Provider, to recruit experienced 7.5t and Class 2 Drivers to join their team in Nottingham/Derby.

We have immediate start opportunities available for reliable and experienced drivers. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for Night work 01:00 - 03:30 start times, we are looking for drivers that can work between the two sites Nottingham and Derby.

The Role

As a 7.5t and Class 2 Driver, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and collecting mail and parcels from distribution centres
  
  
• Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
  
  
• Loading and unloading vehicles, including light handball duties
  
  
• Providing a professional and reliable service at all times
  
  

Shift Availability

Drivers must be available to cover shifts between:

• Night shifts 01:00 - 03:30
  
  
• Day shifts 12:00

This is a 7-day operation, with positions available for drivers seeking for full time.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience driving 7.5t and class 2
  
  
• A valid Driver CPC qualification
  
  
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
  
  
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence
  
  
• A reliable and professional approach to work
