Join Our Team as a Multidrop Van Driver – Days!Are you an experienced multidrop van driver looking for a rewarding and dynamic opportunity? Pertemps, in partnership with our esteemed client, is seeking dedicated drivers to join their team for ongoing positions.
Position: Van Driver - DaysThe Role:
- Deliver Goods Nationwide: Transport goods to stores across the UK with approximately 1-5 drops per day.
- Flexible Start Times: Shifts begin between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM – flexibility is key.
- Long Shifts: Work 11-hour shifts, 5 days on, 3 days off on a rolling pattern.
- Physical Work: Heavy lifting is required as part of your duties.
Rates of Pay:
- Competitive Pay: £12.00 per hour for 5 x 11-hour shifts per week.
- Overtime Available: Additional shifts payable at time and a half.
Estimated Earnings:
- Weekly: £660+ (based on 5 shifts)
- With 1 OT Shift: £850+ (based on 6 shifts)
- Monthly: £2800+ (based on 5 shifts)
- With 1 OT Shift: £3700+ (based on 6 shifts)
- Annually: £34,000 (based on 5 shifts)
- With 1 OT Shift: £44,000 (based on 6 shifts)
Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving License: Essential for the role.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months of multidrop driving experience.
- Clean Record: Less than 3 points on your license (for insurance purposes).
- Health & Safety: Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Screening: Must pass a site drug and alcohol test.
