An opportunity has arisen to join this award winning branch to help look after a Global client and their temporary workforce.
- Working as part of a recruitment and compliance resourcing team
- Identifying relevant candidates looking for warehouse work who are suited to 5 year referencing and background/vetting checks
- Managing the referencing and vetting of each potential candidate to get them ready to work
- Chasing for references and being able to spot gaps in candidates personal and employment track records and sourcing evidence clarification as to their backgrounds accordingly
- Liaising with the Account Manager to hit the numbers and targets as dictated by the customer
- Inputting information into bespoke software
- Using Word and Excel
The successful Recruitment Coordinator will be an excellent communicator with a professional and confident personality. The client requires a high level of service, and ensuring that their expectations are met is of paramount importance. You will need to evidence previous experience in a similar role.

- Be able to reprioritise your time throughout each working day, to re-evaluate your priorities
- Be a strong administrator who can handle a heavy workload in a fast paced environment
- Be aware of the importance of providing exceptional levels of customer service
