HGV 2 Driver
An exciting opportunity to work with one of our prestigious clients based in Oldbury has become available for a HGV 2 driver on a temp to perm basis.
The role will entail and not limited to:
- Driving HGV 2 (license category C) vehicle.
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any damage/defects.
- Delivery of roofing and insullation materials
- Use of PDA scanner required for deliveries
- Ensuring loads are strapped securely To be considered for this HGV 2 driver role you will need:
- Category C license entitlement (held for a minimum of 2 years)
- Valid Tacho and DQC cards
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Willing to upskill and trained in use of moffett.
- Friendly, professional, and dedicated to great customer service
- An outstanding work ethic
- A clean license (desireable)
Pay and benefits
- Salary - £32,500 per annum
- Contracted hours 42.5 per week
- Overtime paid at 1.5 per hour after 42.5 hours
- Shifts Monday to Friday
- Shift time: 06:00-15:30 (flexibility will be required)
- Temp to perm opportunity
