Multi drop Van Driver

Pertemps are currently seeking a number of multi-drop van drivers due to continued growth within the company, the role will be in the Birmingham area and you will be delivering components and parts across the greater midlands area.
As a multi-drop van driver you will be doing up to 30 drops per day with various collections. This is a job for someone who is happy to work in a fast paced environment. A keen eye for detail is essential due to the nature of this role.
As the multi-drop van driver your duties will include:
- Delivering products in a timely manner across the greater midlands area.
- Interacting with customers on a daily basis
- Loading and unloading vehicle
- Handballing goods
- Route planning
- Occasionally taking payments from customers
To be a successful multi-drop van driver you will meet the following criteria:
- Full UK Driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years for insurance criteria.
- No more than 3 points on licence
- A minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience
- Multi drop experience is desired
The hours of work are from 04:30hrs to 08:30hr starts, with a view to doing an eight to ten hour day.
In return the Multi-drop van driver will receive pay rates of £8.97 to £9.39 per hour depending on shift times.
