You'll be working as part of a team where you will strive to achieve the agreed KPIs through attracting and resourcing candidates, supporting the sales team in their day-to-day roles, and building a portfolio of reliable temp workers to fulfil both ad-hoc and longer term job opportunities.

Reporting to the Industrial Divisional Manager, your duties will be as follows -
" Source candidates for job vacancies via social media and relevant recruiting job advertising boards
" Communicating job roles to candidates (both verbally and in written form) - starting initial recruitment conversations with candidates
" Registering candidates for prospective job vacancies following company procedures with the correct RTW documentation and DBS checks, carrying out adjusted checks and interviews in line with current Covid-19 guidance
" High volume telephone work both inbound and outbound
" Using multiple recruitment IT platforms and CRM software
" Building strong relationships with candidates and creating a memorable, professional experience from initial phone call right the way through to placement
" Working towards KPIs and weekly targets
" Generating good quality sales leads for the sales consultants
" Assisting in day-to-day administrative duties
Hours of work can be flexible to a point, but our preference would be for somebody to commit to 0800-1700 Monday to Friday.
The Recruitment Resourcer / Assistant will have a strong work ethic, fantastic communication skills, ability to work at pace, comfortable speaking to new people and be IT savvy. You will also need to be adaptable and be able to prioritise extremely well; the job will demand the need to switch between high-volume recruitment drives, and sourcing for low-volume skilled/technical vacancies, in line with ever-changing business demands.
