Class 2 & 7.5 Tonne Drivers Wanted (PAYE Only)
We’re currently recruiting Class 2 and 7.5T drivers for holiday and weekend cover with a major national home improvement retailer in the Edinburgh area.
Ideal for drivers looking to top up their income with flexible, ad hoc shifts — especially Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.
The Role
- Delivering goods for a leading DIY & home improvement brand
- Multi-drop with a driver's mate on most shifts
- Ad hoc cover including weekends, bank holidays & annual leave cover
- Routes based around Edinburgh & the Lothians
7.5 Tonne Driver Rates (PAYE):
- Mon – Fri: £12.50 - £13.01
- Saturday/Overtime: £18.75 - £19.52
- Sunday/Bank Holiday: £25.00 - £26.02
Class 2 Driver Rates (PAYE):
- Mon – Fri: £14.00 - £14.27
- Saturday/Overtime: £21.00 - £21.41
- Sunday/Bank Holiday: £28.00 - £28.54
What You’ll Need:
- Valid UK Class 2 or 7.5T Licence
- CPC & Tacho Card
- Minimum 6 months’ commercial driving experience preferred
- Good customer service skills and a flexible attitude
