An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Recruitment Administrator to join our existing team based in the Severn Beach area of Bristol.
The role is to support with the on-site operation at our client's site in all aspects of administration.

The client's site is part of an established National contract, providing skilled and experienced drivers across all categories to meet the fluctuating needs of their business. The ideal candidate will have the ability to liaise at all levels, possess excellent customer service skills and put the client's needs first.
You will be organised and possess excellent housekeeping skills.

As an On-Site Recruitment Coordinator your duties will include:

Ensure all candidate files are kept up to date.
Obtaining references and new starter information.
Monitoring security vetting applications for your candidates.
Organising inductions of new employees.
Processing payroll.
Obtaining and monitoring driving licence checks.
Reporting directly to the Contract Manager

An ideal On-Site Recruitment Coordinator will hold the following skills:

Previous experience in an administrative role.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent Customer service skills.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Excellent IT skills (inc. Microsoft Excel & Word)
Ability to Liaise at all levels.

The environment is fast paced and the successful candidate will need to be flexible in their working hours. General working hours will be Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 with some flexibility required on start and finish times.
