Postal Delivery - Part time

Pertemps Bristol are working in partnership with Royal Mail to provide Postal Delivery workers based at the Brislington (BS4) delivery office, for temporary contracts over the busy summer period
About the job
- £11.50 per hour
- 20 – 35 hours per week
- Start time approx. 11am, 4-8 hour shifts
- Shifts available Monday – Sunday
- Spend the first hour (approx.) of your shift sorting the mail for your route and loading your van
- Using handheld computer device to follow your route and capture customer signatures for deliveries
- Driving a van
The right candidate
- Full UK Manual licence
- Less than 6 points penalty points - minor offences only (no DD,DR,IN endorsements)
- Happy to consent to a DBS check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Comfortable with completing a postal route on foot, as this may be a requirement from time to time
