Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Salesperson at our Windsor location. The Car Salesperson's tasks include building customer relationships, achieving customer satisfaction, conducting automotive sales, ensuring customer retention, and effective communication with clients
Working Hours - Full- time , Permanent Monday to Saturday 09:00-18:00 ⏰
Pay - Basic £30,000/35,000k - OTE £55,000 💸
Start date - Immediate following a successful on-site interview.

Responsibilities
- Selling new and used vehicles
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure that all customers are presented with the client's financing and leasing options.
- Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Requirements
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Interpersonal Skills
- Automotive Sales experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid UK driver's license (Preferably clean)
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a must
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
