Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 2 vehicles (rigid lorries) with manual gearboxes.
- Transport goods to various destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logbooks and paperwork.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and clients to ensure timely and efficient loading and unloading.
Requirements:
- Valid Category C (Class 2) license held for 2 years.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- At least 180 days driving in the past year.
- Excellent knowledge of drivers’ hours and working time directive (WTD) regulations.
- Ability to meet the company’s negligence insurance requirements.
