Customer Service Advisors

Temporary Christmas support required - Customer Service - £8+ per hour

Opportunity is around the corner as we are currently recruiting for a team of Customer Service Assistants to work at our prestigious and reputable client based in West Hull. The successful individuals will play a pivotal part in supporting the day to day running's of the Call Centre throughout the festive period.

Daily Duties:
- Incoming calls
- Answer customer queries efficiently and within a timely manor
- Support the sales team
- Reply to email queries

Ideal candidate:
- Customer service experience
- Call centre experience
- Computer literacy
- Flexibility to work day shifts and weekends (early starts and late finishes)
- Available to start immediately for around 8 weeks ( Permanent opportunities may be available)
