Driver - Public Toilets

Pertemps are currently recruiting for drivers for Public Toilets based in the Edinburgh area to help support a busy cleansing department.
Location - Various locations across Edinburgh
Hours - 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 09.30-20.30 with 60min break
Rate of pay - £10.48 per hour rising to £11.78
Ongoing temporary work
Immediate Start
Successful applicants will be responsible for the safety, security, maintenance/repair, cleanliness and proper use of public toilets across the city.
Duties to include:
- Driving to various locations around Edinburgh
- Cleaning and servicing of public toilets
- Responsible for the security and safety of public toilets
- Dealing with various bodily fluids and on occasion dealing directly with the public in various situations
- Reporting any health and safety issues to line managers
- Ensuring social distancing is in place
Successful candidates will:
- Have a full UK drivers licence with no more than 6 points
- Excellent knowledge of the Edinburgh area
- Be health and safety conscious
- Work outdoors in all weathers
- Be honest, trustworthy and punctual
- Have good customer service skills
- Be given a full induction and PPE prior to starting the role
