Transport Administrator

Pertemps Milton Keynes branch are recruiting a Transport Administrator / Transport Clerk for our client based in Milton Keynes. This is an ongoing role working Twelve Hour shifts four on four off 7am until 7pm.

As a Transport Administrator / Transport Clerk it will be your responsibility to:

- Brief and debrief drivers
- Complete driver paperwork
- Answer busy calls
- Be responsible for handling and resolving delivery queries from customer services
- Liase with planning team
- Monitor drivers hours
- Download digi card
- Handle vehicle breakdowns

The Ideal Candidate:

- Would have experience in a fast paced transport office
- Know Working Time Directive and EU legislation
- Be able to work in a very busy environment
- Be able to multi task
