A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Pertemps Driving Division in Falkirk. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who is keen to maximize their own potential within our already successful team. Any knowledge or experience within the logistics industry would be advantageous.

The Role:
" Attracting new business to the company to grow our existing client database
" Identifying and securing client recruitment opportunities through thorough business development and networking
" Identifying, assessing and placing suitable candidates to meet client requirements
" Developing and managing client / candidate relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement and quality standards
" Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI's whilst delivering excellent client and candidate services

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous recruitment experience desirable, either working in a similar role or working as an internal recruiter for a large company Tenacious individual with a strong drive to succeed and exceed weekly targets Strong face to face and written communication skills Customer service focused with a passion for the delivery of excellent service Excellent sales and business development skills Professional approach with the ability to create rapport with others Good work ethic and commitment to the delivery of results If this is the role for you then please apply today and we look forward to hearing from you

To be considered candidates should ideally have experience of transport and distribution and the ability to do B2B sales. We would welcome applications from candidates with experience as a Transport Clerk or in a Transport office. Previous experience in a recruitment consultancy would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
The ability to meet deadlines and provide innovative solutions to problems are also essential. Above average communication skills, both face to face and in writing are key as are good commercial awareness and a facility with numbers.
