A national engineering company in Knowsley are seeking an Office Administrator to join their Internal Recruitment Team on a short term temporary contract. However there is potential for this to be extended. The role will be to support the Learning development team through a period of growth and carry out general administration duties including Marketing i.e updating the social media likes of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with an hourly rate of £9.00 per hour.
The main duties of an Office Administrator are:

- Fielding CV's and applications to the relevant Hiring Manager
- Managing the recruitment email inbox
- Keeping candidate information updated
- Diary management of mangers and engineers
- Switchboard operating
- Scanning and filing
- Social Media creating / updating

To apply for the position of Office Administrator you must:

- Have administration experience (Recruitment Administration experience would be an advantage though not essential)
- Have excellent organisation and planning skills
- Be familiar and up to date on social media i.e Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Instagram etc
- Be able to prioritise workload
- Have good IT skills
