Inbound Customer Service Agent *

Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours (shifts between 8am-6pm)
Start date: Monday 21st December
* You will need to have 6-12 months experience working in a customer services in a contact centre environment.
* Confident at answering a high volume of phone calls
* Relationship buiding skills
* Strong attention to detail and admin skillst
* Answering inbound calls regarding new buisness
* Converting calls into new buisness
* Providing excellant customer service
* Problem solving
* No holidays will be permitted within the training period.
* You will be able to pass a DBS and credit check.
* First 4 weeks will be working in the offcie and then working from home will be introduced after traning.
