This role requires:
- Experience of at least 6 months within a contact centre environment (ideally inbound) or 12 months within a strong customer service based role
- People that are passionate about delivering the best customer service
- People that enjoy problem solving and resolving things for others
- Experience within either a customer service or complaints handling area
- A confident and positive manner over the phone
- A positive mindset
- Someone that is wanting to develop and build a career
It is essential that you have the following:
- Experience working with Microsoft office – Word, excel, outlook and power point
- Strong English language – written, spoken and reading skills
- Something to add to a team and the ability to work well as part of one
